San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino is redefining contemporary travel with newly designed rooms that capture the vibe, essence and beauty of Puerto Rico. Following a $20 million investment by development firm XLD Group, the property reveals a refreshing transformation, introducing stylish accommodations that blend modern comfort with inspiring exquisiteness.
The new design showcases wood look tile floors for a sleeker, more contemporary appearance, along with clean line furniture and walk-in shower, giving each room a more spacious feel. Brilliant design accents include picturesque private balconies with chic seating, allowing guests to comfortably soak up breathtaking panoramas of the Atlantic Ocean.
Vibrantly colored decorations blend harmoniously with gray-shaded walls and draperies, while abundant natural light brings the whole setting alive before an amazing backdrop of fantastic tropical views.
Conceived to be unlike other oceanfront rooms in Condado, each reimagined space offers modern innovations, including IPTV and wireless charging lamps for smart devices. Work desks have been optimized for laptops, making them more spacious.
Involving 123 rooms and suites, this bold project beckons the return of hospitality in the beloved destination. The renovation is also inclusive of Gingambo, the resort’s signature restaurant, and the revitalization of the landscape design, pool deck and new sundeck area which creates a narrative authentic to the destination by curating a holistic outdoor experience.
Guest of the resort can also enjoy a fully-renovated Ocean Club Spa & Wellness Center, and La Panadería, the hotel’s signature coffee house.
Constructed by V ARCHITECTURE, the hotel is proud to maintain its local heritage, while adding contemporary renovations that enhance the guest experience.
