One of the most important aspects of traveling with jetiquette is showing consideration for others. A mother, on a recent flight from Seoul to San Francisco, displayed the ultimate jetiquette by packing more than 200 goodie bags which she distributed to fellow passengers on the flight as an advance apology any inflight infant events that may occur.
Inside the goodie bags was a note:
Hello, I’m Junwoo and I’m 4 months old.
Today, I am going to the US with my mom and grandma to see my aunt.
I’m a little bit nervous and scary because it’s my first flight in my life, which means that I may cry or make too much noise.
I will try to go quietly, thought I can’t make any promises, please excuse me.
So my mom prepared little goodie bag for you! It has some candies and earplugs.
Please use it when it’s too noisy because of me.
Enjoy your trip. Thank you! :’)
We also think Dave Corona is a great guy for sharing such a beautiful display of jetiquette with the world!
Junwoo’s Mom definitely wins the Jetiquette Award for February 2019!
