Two Airlines Make USA Today’s List of Most Hated Companies

In a list of the most hated companies in America, USA Today listed 20 organizations that have fared particularly poorly on the American Customer Satisfaction Index and the newspaper’s own customer satisfaction survey, and Spirit Airlines and United Airlines have placed at #9 and #19, respectively. This is due in part to each airline’s business model as well as unfavorable news coverage in the last few years.
