The New York Police Department came to the rescue of a Carnival Cruise passenger who was having a medical emergency onboard the Carnival Horizon as it left New York on September 5, 2018.
Officials had to determine the best way to remove the passenger from the ship since there was not enough room to land a helicopter on the deck. An NYPD Harbor Unit boat responded to the scene.
