United’s VP of Inflight Service, Sam Risoli, recently issued a letter to the flight attendants at United Airlines. I thought the flight attendants would appreciate a video version of the letter as well. United has been using stalling tactics to slow down negotiations with the AFA which represents the flight attendants.
All the while, United has been pocketing record profits. Each and every day United management stalls negotiations, they pocket millions of dollars and avoid properly compensating the workers who’ve given up billions of dollars in concessions over the years.
